Meeting Spaces
We have a variety of meeting spaces to accommodate small and large groups alike. Pick your favorite or use them all!
Bethany Lodge Chapel
Bethany Chapel can seat up to 150 people (85 with tables). It is great for hosting large conferences and weddings. It is commonly used for weekend retreats. A podium with a microphone and use of the piano are included in the facility charge. Other audiovisual equipment is available upon request, including an LCD Projector Screen/DVD player and extra microphones (additional charges may apply).
Welcome Center Chapel
The Welcome Center chapel is located in the main house and can be used as a chapel, classroom, or meeting room. The room is also used for dining, small weddings, and receptions. It seats 52 without tables and up to 36 with tables. A podium and use of the keyboard are included in the facility charge. Other audiovisual equipment is available upon request, including a TV/DVD player (additional charges may apply).
Executive Board Room
The Executive Board Room is a formal dining room that is great for smaller groups or for additional dining space for large groups. It also makes an ideal space for board meetings, rehearsal dinners, and receptions. It seats 32 comfortably, including tables.
Terrace
The terrace is our main dining facility. It holds up to 48 for meals with 8 tables. Larger groups also utilize adjacent rooms to accommodate up to 150 people for sit down meals. Dinner meetings, luncheons, rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions work well in this room.
The Upper Room
The Upper Room is another multi-use space at the center. It seats 35 (28 with tables), and includes a dry erase board and over head projector with screen. It is often used as a classroom, an overflow dining room, and a small group breakout room.
